I'm Dining In, Too

I hate to admit it, but it's become quite apparent that I spend too much time on the Bon Appetit Facebook page and mindlessly scrolling through Instagram. On Facebook, I started to see Alison Roman in a few videos. On Instagram, I saw this HUGE cookie craze. My initial thought was, "how unique/delicious/exciting could a chocolate chip cookie be?" I decide to follow this Alison on Instagram, noticed she has a new cookbook, but I didn't think anything of it.

Anyways, a couple months go by and 1) the cookies are still all over the place and 2) the entire world kept selling out of her book. I jumped on the bandwagon and decided to grab my own copy.

Since receiving the book, I've literally read it page by page, deciding to make the cookies, chocolate banana bread, pork & tomatillos, garlicky eggplants, and pretty much everything else. I used to say it before, but I say it even more now. I'm dining in.
