Neither of us recall how our pickling party came to be but Nalani and I scheduled some time on Friday night to make pickles but not lame cucumber pickles. We wanted to pickle green beans, cauliflower, carrots and celery. That's what cool kids do on their Friday nights. We diluted Apple Cider Vinegar in water and added salt. We added mustard seeds, coriander, black pepper Vietnamese hot peppers, and garlic. With Jumanji playing in the background, Nalani and I assembled our pickles. Welcome to the Pickle Club!
