We Defeat the Hot Pots

Updated: Jul 21, 2020

We have a going list of places we need to try. Once, quite a while ago, Tina suggested Mogolian Hot Pot. As she described it, it was an asian-style fondue. When we are seated, we receive 3 menus. Being that Tina has eaten here before, I let her take the wheel. Needless to say, we didn't get anywhere. Eventually we just listed things we wanted and ta-da!

We selected the mixed pot. It's the same broth on both sides, but different spices in the bowl. The sides were Bok Choy, Napa Cabbage, mushrooms, glass noodles, broccoli and sliced thin beef. These were a seemingly innocent bunch of foods, but it was a work out for my chopstick-holding hands and my non-stop jaw. As the menu stated, please allow 1.5 hours for dine-in.
