I had to scroll back to see when it was that I bought Alison Roman's 'Dining In' cookbook. It was January 2018.
Now, it's July and I've got no idea what to make, so I decide to try a new recipe - the dish from the cover.
The Skillet Chicken with Crushed Olives and Sumac was incredible! And I'm proud to say that the crispy chicken skin worked out!
Since our recent-ish discovery of Castelvetrano olives, I've been stocked at all times. So, this recipe was a no-brainer.
