He Didn't Think I Could Do It

As is tradition every holiday season, the Sales Excellence Institute team picks a restaurant and celebrates the end of another semester and the end of a great year. Of course, there are a few of us who really appreciate a fine meal and trying new spots. Amy and I spent a few days finding a restaurant that would be suitable for our large group.

She picked Ibiza and it looked great! I love lamb and my eyes gravitated right to it on the menu. When the lamb shank was placed in front of me, Professor Webb took a look and his eyes widened. Everyone else 'ooh'ed and 'ah'ed. I'm sure they were jealous, but I know they saw this dish as a challenge. Well, challenge accepted.

I came hungry because... who has breakfast before a HUGE team lunch? I finished my food and I kind of hate to admit that it wasn't hard. I've got a large appetite and a larger stomach. The best part was that Professor Webb turned to me at the end and said, "I didn't think you could do it."

I told you. I knew it was a challenge.
